1. What is Studo AI?

Studo AI is a mobile application designed to help users with their homework by providing answers to math and general questions (e.g., history, literature, chemistry, biology). Users can also translate images using AI, use an AI Tutor for learning or resolving educational questions in a chat format, and create essays, poems, articles, summarize texts or uploaded files, shorten texts, improve them, and check grammar.

2. How do credits work in Studo AI?

  • Upon installing the app, users are given 10 credits.
  • Each AI task costs 2 credits.
  • Each message to the AI assistant costs 1 credit.
  • Users can get 3 to 10 daily credits once their initial credits are exhausted.
  • Inviting yourself or a friend will grant both parties 10 credits.
  • Unlimited access can be obtained by purchasing a PRO account subscription.
  • Some features may be limited for free users and are available only with a PRO subscription.

3. Do I need an account to use Studo AI?

No account is needed to use the app. However, to replenish free credits or purchase a subscription, an account is required. Accounts are created through Apple SSO authorization.

4. How can I delete my account or data?

Users can delete their account along with all history, or just delete all historical data (task history).

5. What are the purchase and cancellation rights?

Purchases and cancellations are governed by the terms of the mobile platform owner (Apple or Google). In some regions, consumers have the right to cancel within a specific number of days after purchasing products/services online. For purchases made directly from Studo AI, residents of the European Union or regions with similar laws must waive their cancellation and refund rights once the download is complete. Non-EU residents or those whose local laws do not regulate mandatory cancellation rights cannot cancel purchases once the app is downloaded and delivered. This also applies to subscriptions and in-app purchases.

6. Is Studo AI secure?

Studo AI takes security seriously, but like other technologies, it may not be 100% secure. Users accept the responsibility for securing their mobile devices and data. Studo AI is not liable for any unauthorized access to your device or data.

7. How does Studo AI handle malware protection?

Google may receive information about your device’s network connections, potentially harmful URLs, the operating system, and apps installed on your device to protect against malicious software and other security issues. Google may warn you or block harmful apps or URLs. Some protections can be disabled in your device settings, but Google may still analyze installed apps for security issues.

8. What is User Content?

User Content refers to data, information, texts, questions, materials, documents, links, messages, and images uploaded, transmitted, created, stored, used, edited, or shared by users, as well as the content generated by Studo AI. Users must ensure that their content complies with applicable laws and the terms of service.

9. Are there any age restrictions for using Studo AI?

Yes, due to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Studo AI does not allow use by residents of the European Economic Area who are younger than 16 years old to the extent prohibited by applicable law. Parents or legal guardians must approve the use of the app for users under 18.

10. How can parents manage their child’s use of Studo AI?

Parents or legal guardians who grant their child approval to download, install, use, access, or register with Studo AI agree to the terms on behalf of their child. They are responsible for supervising their child’s activities. If a parent or guardian believes their child is using the app without permission, they should contact [email protected].

11. What should I do if I encounter defective content?

Once the Studo AI app is available to you through your account, you are required to check the content to ensure it functions as stated. Notify us or Google Play/App Store as soon as reasonably possible if you find any errors or defects.
